➡️ However, static stretching does not increase your risk of injury either .
➡️ Static stretching can reduce the peak power and force output for a few mins

Do you know where your edge is ? Progressing up the dumbbell bench press 2.5kg ➡️5kg ➡️10kg .If I’d reached for the 10kg at the start and didn’t feel around the edges of my ability session by session. - I would surely quit .
Make the move about the move . Lift that 1kg ! Day after day - rest - don’t quit when you feel the edges of your ability at 2.5kg - then boom💥- 4 months later you are eyeing up the 12kg and running around your life with a zest for anything and everything ! ☄️. 😂.
