Sue McBride Yoga I teach yoga in County Antrim. I offer gentle group classes,and 1:1s. Supporting women over 50 to build strength, calm and confidence. Get back to the true you.

If you’re looking for a warm welcome, down-to-earth and tailored to real bodies, you’re in the right place. My teaching style is gentle, relaxing and beneficial to mind, body and soul. It is that simple. My yoga will work for you, no matter your age or shape. I offer a space for you to rest and reset, to move and breathe with awareness. Enjoy! Sue provides group classes, one to one classes and online courses in yoga, relaxation and meditation. She is based in the little village of Glenarm, and teaches across County Antrim and online.
