We had our March Masterclass yesterday and it was absolutely wonderful. Five gorgeous babies came with mummies and daddies to learn alllll about tummy time and how we can easily implement it into our day ☀️ everyone left informed, enthusiastic (and shattered after a big core workout!)

A truly lovely morning and my last session in before moving to ✨ so thankful to Fiona for welcoming me so warmly to her gorgeous space!

From April we are switching it up with some tiny changes - a new space, some new content and bringing it back to what Tummy Timers was at the beginning - a chance for mummies to get together and get to know each other in a relaxed setting 🥰 I’m very excited for it and I hope you will join me 💕

January masterclass ❤️‍🔥 what a start to 2026 with 7 superstar babies and their mummies and daddies 💫

I am absolutely woeful at taking photos as you can see - the sign of a busy and productive class 🥳

We talked about tummy time - the benefits of it and positions to easily implement it into your day, we discussed container usage and the impact it has on baby’s development and finally we covered developmental milestones! I added a new section also to include co-regulation (something that we probably know already but it’s good to get a wee reminder on ❣️).
