N o v e m b e r 🍁 masterclass! A beautiful morning with 6 mummies, 4 daddies, 7 babies and 1 amazing granny! 🤩

We spent the morning chatting, learning about all things tummy time and the impact of containers. Everyone left informed and confident in implementing tummy time into their daily routine 💫🫶🏻

SO grateful to be able to do this on a Saturday morning every month - feedback is always wonderful and it fills my cup right up ☕️❣️

🌸 August Masterclass 🌸 what a beautiful morning we had - 5 gorgeous babies, 5 amazing mummies and 2 super daddies came along to learn all about tummy time and different positions to get it into the daily routine 🥳 everyone left feeling educated and enthusiastic about tummy time 🙌🏼

And our wonderful space in - just dreamy 🌈 🤩✨

I’ve amazingly had a flurry of new followers so I thought it was the right time to introduce myself - only a year after starting Tummy Timers! 😅

My name is Ashley and I am mummy to Ellis, my special Christmas Eve baby. I work as a Specialist Children’s Occupational Therapist in the NHS and I love my job 😊

I started Tummy Timers whilst on maternity leave - I had a lot of time with my contact napper on the sofa (glorious💕) - we started in July 2024 with a fully booked class and it’s thrived ever since. Sharing evidence-based information about the importance of tummy time and practical strategies to implement it into the daily routine has been so wonderful.

When I’m not working or being mummy, I’m teaching festival Irish Dancing or being secretary of a local charity for adults with learning disabilities - keeps me busy 😅

If you’ve read this far then thank you- so grateful for the opportunities and doors that Tummy Timers has opened. I’ve met some wonderful mummies and daddies over the past year 🫶🏻

What a week of glorious weather - I hope everyone enjoyed it 😊 although I am definitely that person who was glad to see the room thermometer come down today 😵 as someone who faithfully goes for a 2.5tog slumbersac it throws me off when it’s warmer 😅

This week celebrated 1 year of Tummy Timers - I’m not one who easily gives myself credit but I am absolutely delighted with how my wee class has grown and progressed in the last year.

✨ 9 masterclasses
✨ 3 sets of twins

I fully believe that tummy time is an important part of baby’s development and that everyone should know the importance of tummy time and how to support their baby to enjoy it as much as they can. I’m so proud to have supported so many mummies and daddies with their tummy time. I hope those that have attended have found it to be beneficial.

Otherwise, we’ve had an amazing week of annual leave - we went to Dublin Zoo on Monday, went swimming at the hotel and then to Emerald Park on Tuesday - Ellis had an absolute ball 🥰 we’ve had countless days in the garden, with family and at the beach making the most of the good weather. Not to mention the mummy meet up on Thursday to celebrate Tummy Timers 1st birthday with some Dougies Goodies cake 🍰

As routine comes back I look forward to what the next year holds for Tummy Timers 🫶🏻 - continuing to provide masterclasses which encompass so much beneficial information to help babies thrive in their development. I truly am so grateful for every recommendation people make and who shout my name when I’m not in the room 🌸
