Hi guys just an update on appointment times, I'm on holidays after this week so if you need a key time to suit you please let me know ASAP, evenings go 1st then it's the morning. Hi everyone I'm just posting to let everyone know I will be on holidays from 2nd May 26 until 13th May 26. I have been booking people in for their appointment times close to me being away but if you have an injury or are due a maintenance appointment please get in touch. People are always asking me what is it I do is it massage? And simply put NO it's not massage. I am a Neuromuscular Physical Therapist, I am very heavily soft tissue based, meaning I am hands on. Manipulating fascial tissue, myofascial trigger points in the tissue. I do some mobilisation techniques and I use Cupping and Neuro-Dry Needling to alleviate pain and restrictions.

All this means that when you come to me for whatever type of pain, I will assess, test, treat and reassess and put a plan in place with you.
There is no being handed a sheet of exercises and told to rest. We get right into helping.

Back to work tomorrow! I am fully booked Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th but you are welcome to get in touch for the rest of the week or further.
Please remember with the weather to make a sensible choice with the commute. If it's too risky just let me know. I don't charge cancellation fees for snow days. I WILL BE IN WORK REGUARDLESS. But still if you can let me know if you can't make it would appreciate it.
