AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE is a relaxing treatment using a carrier oil with a specific blend of essential oils tailored to your needs. relaxing music sets the mood for total serenity. Advice for self help may be offered. REFLEXOLOGY Is a therapy which works on foot or hand reflexes to alleviate some common conditions a

nd is also an excellent chill out method. From the first time I received these treatments I became fascinated by holistic therapies as I had already an interest. This is an energy healing treatment which assists the body energy field and promotes healing and calm within the energy centres ( chakras). I trained in this therapy for personal use on my family. I have since done level 2 so I can give it as treatment in it's own right or to finish off another treatment. If you book a treatment I require to take a brief medical history as occasionally it is inadvisable to treat certain conditions. I am also required to abide by the data protection act to ensure your privacy. I have the insurance required to practise and am registered with the Association of Reflexologists .
