When I was little, I never could have imagined feeling truly at home in myself.

I never saw a future where I’d be holding space for others on their own journey — because back then, I didn’t even know that was possible for me.

But here I am. ✨
Living a life that feels aligned.
Creating new opportunities and new ways of being
Embracing versions of me I never thought I would meet.

Through each piece of my journey, along the way
I have learned more about the person I am
And the person that I am choosing to be

Through every training, every piece of inner reflection, every yoga class and moment of pause
I have seen what I am capable of
And what I am truly worthy of 🌙

So here is your reminder:

🌻 Just because something was true for you once…

Doesn’t mean it has to stay true forever.

You are allowed to grow. 🌿
To change.
To evolve into someone new

And I hope the version that you are becoming — is the one that feels most true 🤍

“Little drops of water make a mighty ocean, and every little dream can become a mighty reality.”

Being by water has always been my favourite thing and I’ve dreamed for years to live by water — lakes, sea, rivers… any kind of water. 🌊

It soothes my soul.
It brings me back to me.

Now here I am, living out that dream. 🌅

And my favourite thing in the world, is sharing that with David — living out our dreams together, learning, adapting, growing as we go along in a new country, together on a new adventure.

I have never felt more at home than when I am with my love, and I have never felt more at peace than when I am out in the world with my love by my side.

Now another dream is coming true 🌻

— MindfulSoul online, a portal of connection, space, self-development and community. Every little drop of water (piece of me) has been poured into this, to bring my dream into reality.

My inner world to share with each of you — and I simply cannot wait. ✨

I’d like to leave you with this: if you have a dream, if you have an idea — a little seed you wish to plant. 🌱

Plant your seeds, gather your drops of water and keep going… over and over again until you have brought your dream into reality

— because you deserve all that you dream of and you can be all that you dream to be. 🌙

All the love, Lori x

A perfect reminder that it’s always worth trying something… 🌙

Just a few days ago, we had never tried an almond croissant — and now? We’ll never not have one (especially when there’s chocolate involved 🤤).

You never know if you’ll like something — if it feels good for you, if it works for you, or if it might even change your life — unless you try it. ✨

These are the same words I offer to my clients:
Try it out. Notice what comes forward to meet you.

How does your body feel? 🤸🏽‍♀️
How does your mind feel? 😌
Are you connected, centred, grounded? 🧘🏻‍♀️

When we begin a wellness journey, we start with these questions — and we return to them, again and again. Because feeling good within isn’t a quick fix. It’s a lifelong commitment. A winding road of ongoing connection…

Home to you. ✨

Your turn: What’s your almond croissant? What’s something new you’re ready to try? Drop it below! 🥐🌟

You are allowed to simply exist,
to rest your body under the trees 🌳
stretch out your limbs and take up space
let the sun beam down upon your face ☀️

Sometimes growth comes in the simple moments 🍃
the little spaces in between
when you sit under trees, doing nothing at all
letting the world keep spinning on and on 🌍

And in that stillness, without a need to chase,
you are one with yourself, you are whole — you are free. ✨

Give this post some love if it speaks to your soul. 🤍

You are allowed to rest 🌙

Not just when everything is done. Not just when you’ve earned it. But whenever your body and soul ask for it. 🤍
Rest is essential — it calls to you when it’s ready.Starting with a gentle knock, a soft little whisper. 🕊️
Rest is the space we enter to replenish and filter outall the noise, all the busy, the to-dos and the clutter. 🌀🧘‍♀️
It’s the space in between — and it’s calling your name. 🌿

Healing isn’t linear.

Some days you’ll feel grounded, clear, and present.⁣
Other days, you’ll slip into old habits, feel overwhelmed, or think “I am failing at this.”

But here’s the truth: you are not failing — you are human. 🤍

Every moment you choose rest over rushing… 🛏️
Self-compassion over criticism… 💗
Safety over survival mode… 🕊️

That’s healing. ✨⁣

It’s not always obvious, and it won’t always feel like progress.⁣
But every step you take toward safety counts — even the quiet ones no one sees. 👣⁣

What are you choosing for yourself today? I’d love to know ❤️

I trust in myself.
I am ready to feel safe in my body.
And maybe for the first time… I believe that’s possible. 💫

This is your reminder that safety isn’t something you have to earn —
It’s something you create within.
Gently. Intentionally. With every breath, boundary, and act of self-kindness.

Even if the old patterns whisper otherwise…
You are allowed to soften.
You are allowed to feel held — by your body, by your choices, by the life you’re building.
You are safe to begin again.

👉 Save this as your affirmation today.

When we’ve experienced stress, trauma, or overwhelm, our body can start to feel like an unsafe place.

Safety can be rebuilt - slowly, gently, at your own pace.

Here’s 3 gentle tips on how to get started... 🙏🏼

There’s a difference between finding your voice and feeling safe enough to use it.

Sometimes we discover our truth… but keep it quiet. We second-guess. We shrink. We worry it’s too much, or not enough.

But the real healing begins when you stop asking for permission to be yourself.

When you let your voice be loud or soft, bold or unsure — and trust it anyway.

This part of the journey? It’s not about being fearless.

It’s about feeling safe with yourself first.

Creating safety in your own body is a process of getting to know who you are, of what nourishes and supports you, a learning to trust in your voice and make choices that follow your needs, goals and purpose in life.

Creating safety in your own body is number one and from there everything else can grow.

Comment a 💛 if you would like to create safety in your body 🌸

I wish I could tell my younger self that she could find a safe space in her journal and that her voice would heal parts of her she never thought would be seen.

We can’t go back in time but we can learn to accept that time moves in its own ways and we always have the opportunity to try something different, to find new ways that support us, to trust that the right things come to us at the right time.

There’s a quiet courage in finding your voice —
a gentle unfolding of truth whispered softly through the words we write.

Writing invites a space of vulnerability, I discover pieces of myself I thought were lost,
and with every honest line, I heal a little more.

To anyone still searching, still hesitating,
know that your story holds power,
and your voice is waiting to be heard.

This is why I love writing as a therapeutic tool and use it often in my work. It creates a safe space for us to explore.

What’s one thing you would tell your younger self? I’d love for you to share with me in the comments or DM me ✨

Here I am,

Just finding my voice again,
finding the pieces of me that feel whole again,
healing and clearing, being and creating
getting to know the girl underneath all the layers

the layers that protected me
but kept me away, kept me from being fully me

let them fall away, let them wash away
let them fade into the wide open spaces
that I now walk within
I am free of them, I am healing, I am whole.

My heart beats strong in my chest
words flow as easily to me as they once did
My mind is clear, free from distractions
parts of me healed more than I could of ever dreamed
My body is calm, nurtured and cared for
I move with grace, open to listen, to follow intuitively

Here I am,

Just finding my voice again,
finding the pieces of me that feel whole again,
healing and clearing, being and creating
unraveling the girl beneath all the layers.

From my experience these words resonate with a lot of people, we are conditioned from a young age to please others, to put our needs below others and to say yes to everything even if we don’t resonate with what we have just agreed to.

What if you could find a balance, how might that change your life? How would you show up differently in your everyday life?

When we say yes to everything in fear of disappointing others, our energy becomes weighed down, we begin to experience feelings of overwhelm, loneliness anxiety, depression, mood swings…. the list goes on.

When we say yes to what feels fully aligned with us then we begin to feel lighter, our energy is precious and should be mostly reserved for what lights us up in life.

When we live from this intention, our relationships deepen, they become softer and sweeter where both sides feel seen, respected and appreciated for their own individual wishes, needs and interests.

When we say no to something it opens up space for someone else to say YES! We all have different things that excite us and what feels like a chore to someone can feel like a passion for another.

We all deserve the kindness of a no which allows us to move forward into the next yes.

How does this feel for you? What does it bring up for you? Tell me in the comments or send me a direct message. ✨
