One of my favourite classes of the year — Christmas Pyjama Restorative classes are back and I can’t wait!! ☃️

These are always popular and space is limited, so get in early to avoid disappointment. I am offering the choice of 2 Wednesday’s — December 10th or 17th. If there is interest for a Sunday session let me know and I may offer one of those also 🎄

Christmas trees and twinkling lights, sitting cosy around the table journalling your intentions with tea and a treat — then a beautiful restorative class with hypnotic rest to unwind all of your tension and stress, preparing you for a peaceful festive season 🧑‍🎄

It’s been 9 incredible years since MindfulSoul began and today I am celebrating with so much gratitude for every moment, every class, every opportunity to learn and grow. 🥳

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to each person who has walked through the MindfulSoul door the past 9 years and journeyed with me in your own wellness. 🙏🏼

To celebrate our 9th birthday — I decided to come back home and get back on the mat with you all! Where it all first began. ✨

Classes will start back from Monday, November 17th, for a lovely 5-week block leading us up to Christmas. I am so excited to be back with you all. I have so much planned for MindfulSoul’s next year.

A little Sunday refresh 🤍

Last week felt heavy, and I’ve spent the weekend finding joy in the simplest things — moving my body, quieting my mind, enjoying the sunshine and letting lightness come back in.

As I move into this new week, I remind myself: every moment is a chance to begin again, every choice can support my goals. We are always given the opportunity for a fresh start, a fresh perspective, and the power to choose what truly serves us.

In Sanskrit, the word “sankalpa” — means a heartfelt intention formed by the soul, not the ego. I invite this at the beginning and end of every practise. It’s not about fixing what’s wrong, but about remembering what’s already whole within us.
This week, my sankalpa is: “I trust in my intuitive voice guiding me with lightness & clarity”

Choosing what supports — body, mind, and spirit aligned.
May we all move forward with gentle awareness. ✨

Sometimes when you’ve had a tough day, what you need most is to pause. Let your body be in its feelings, let it be ok that you don’t feel your best.

Breathe.
Rest.
Watch.
The Sunset.

And without trying to change anything in this moment — you can simply be present, stay quiet, stay in your feelings and notice.

Notice what is there.
Notice what comes forward to meet you.
And welcome it all in to be with you.
As you watch the sunset. ☀️

If you’ve had a tough day, know that you are not alone in those feelings — please know it is ok to have tough days too.

Remember outside of the crazy expectations life and social media may try to put on you, to think you need to have it all figured out, that most of us are just learning and growing as we go along, figuring it out on the way.

— we are all just human beings, living our human experience with our very real human feelings. ✨

Find me in the spaces
where the light flows through ✨
where there is nothing in between
me and you

My soul dancing in the rays
breathing and being
filling up with life and the knowing
that I am home

Here in this moment
my heart beats strong
for its seen this beauty before
and it knows it to be true

This moment 🌿
This being
The breathing
This beating

It is all mine, here to be felt
to be seen and held
and I’ll smile through my whole body
because it is whole, it is free

This poem came to me as I was sitting peacefully watching the light dancing in the trees. It is about the connection we form to our own beings when we slow down to pause and feel into the present moment — in these moments we are home within ourselves 🌙
