🌹There are times in our lives when we need to find solitude and be alone..a time of rest and contemplation.. allowing stillness to envelop and flow through our entire being..a period of conscious retreat and a replenishing of our energy..a time of healing.

However..we are also meant to interact and be in connection with those around us..too much solitude can lead to isolation and separation.. drawing us into negative thinking..a prison of our own making.

It's time to acknowledge yourself..see the Real You..be aware of your Inner dialogue and end those patterns of negativity.
How? ..by treating yourself with love, honour and compassion.. remembering that you are Already Loved.. exactly as you are.

Focus on the good in your life and allow the Universe to work alongside you, as you co-create your inner vision into your outer reality.

The past is the past and you have a bright future ahead of you... Anything is possible if You Believe It Is.

Surrender into the greatness of the universe..be easy with yourself and remember..

I thoroughly enjoyed everything about it.
You were all amazing 💕
