From my early days in hospital physiotherapy, building strong clinical foundations… to working pitch-side in football, managing injuries and guiding athletes back to performance…

Each role, each year, each lesson has shaped the way I practise today.

Those experiences led to the creation of Ulster Strength & Physiotherapy Ltd — where clinical rehabilitation meets strength training, and where every client receives a personalised, holistic approach to recovery and performance.

This journey didn’t happen overnight — and I’m only getting started. 💪

I have 3 HUGE wins for you today

First, massive shout out to .7

Who has been absolutely crushing it lately coming back from a nasty ankle injury

Scott was struggling with direction

But we broke it down to:

✔️ Doing the simple things well - move, eat, show up everyday
✔️ Focusing on sleep and recovery
✔️ Trained his body as whole, not isolating his sessions to just ‘rehab’

And in the last 30 days he’s went from struggling to jump to pitch running drills.

Secondly, The Prometheus Protocol are thriving 💪🔥

From rehab table to gym floor everyone is killing it - we instil confidence to push your boundaries.

The last win is for me 🤣

Dodging certain exercises because of pain? 🤕
Here’s the truth: your body gets stronger by being challenged. 💪

That process is called mechanotransduction — load a muscle, tendon or joint, and the cells adapt, rebuild, and come back tougher.
