Starting September…. Active Aging classes in Saintfield!

I have been taking these classes for some time now in different areas across the province.

So happy to be able to offer this extremely popular & beneficial class in my home of Saintfield!

Watch out for taster sessions over the summer! Come along & try - decide if it’s right for you 🫶🏻

Open to men, woman, seniors, people with impaired mobility & everyone else looking for a gentle, self paced class aimed at helping us stay active for as long as possible 😊

Stronger than ever at 50!

Not just physically - mentally & emotionally too!

I’m a bit of drifter - I go with the flow! But as I get older I’m realising the importance & necessity of certain values.

I’m so thankful to have grown up in a family with strong values - instilling integrity, respect, loyalty & authenticity.

I may not be exactly where I want to be - yet, but I am so grateful to everyone who has influenced my life & made me the very happy, strong, independent & self sufficient woman that I am.

And also very grateful for the ones I have encountered who have reinforced my understanding in the person I DEFINITELY DON’T want to be!

Truly grateful, truly blessed 🥰

This is a quick, fun class designed to get your heart & muscles pumping!

If your aim is to get stronger & leaner within a friendly, small, lunchtime group setting - this class is for you!

Your only competition is you as you increase in strength & develop in confidence over a 6 week period.

Combining weights & body weight exercises in a combination of slow controlled moves & pulsing repetitions we will develop deep muscle strength & burn fat.

Not to mention the fun we will have with our weighted ripstix!😜
