Just a quick update — unfortunately, the studio isn’t available this Tuesday (5th May), so this month’s session has been moved.

Our free monthly men’s mental health meetup will now take place on:

Tuesday 12th May | 7pm–8pm

No booking needed, just turn up.

A calm, welcoming space for men to slow down, breathe, and connect without pressure, labels, or expectations.

This isn’t about fixing anything.
It’s about real connection.
Listening, sharing… or simply being present.

Led by an experienced psychotherapist, with support from The Wing Project, offering guidance and signposting if you ever want that next step.

Whether life feels heavy, confusing, overwhelming—or you just need somewhere to be heard—this space is for you.

Details:
• Completely free (donations welcome)
• Warm & cold drinks + biscuits provided
