A New Year is a great opportunity to get into some healthy habits or set some goals for the days, weeks and months ahead 💪🏻

Set small goals that are achievable such as hitting a certain number of steps, avoiding snacks or working out 2-3x per week ☺️

For me January is about getting back into routine with my Pilates classes all back up and running next week 😁

2025 Recap ✨

2025 been a huge year in both life and business 🥰

- Finished teaching some amazing ladies in banbridge hockey club 📆
- Tried some hot Pilates on my Hen Party 🥵
- Married my best friend 👰‍♀️🤵🏼
- Built a house & new studio 🏠
- Honeymooned in Australia where we jumped out of a plane, fed kangaroos & watched some Rugby 🏉
- Moved in & started teaching from home 🧘🏼‍♀️
