I am an EMDR Europe Accredited EMDR Practitioner and Counsellor, with over 12 years & several thousand hours of extensive experience in helping those suffering from a variety of issues including PTSD and all forms of abuse and childhood trauma. I believe that if we want our lives to change, we have to do things differently. I have over 10 years of extensive experience in helping those suffering from depression, domestic and emotional abuse and coercive control, anxiety disorder, bereavement, low self-esteem, trauma, separation and divorce, family and work issues and also those who feel unable to cope with the pace of life and feel stressed or over-whelmed.
