At Greet the Feet you have the choice of a 'Lafuma' reclining chair (very comfortable,) or a reflexology couch where you lie flatter (with just your back, head and neck raised for comfort).
You remain clothed throughout, only removing your shoes and socks. A lightweight warm blanket adds to the comfort feeling for many clients.
I only use SONGBIRD NATIURAL reflexology waxes which are top quality. The various essential oils they use add a gently relaxing aroma. Non scented Songbird wax is also available.

The differences in each of your 'pairs' of toes?
You will have these feet all your life, so look after them They have many jobs to do. Support, balance, movement, feeling, year after year.
That's a lot - give them some care and attention.

As a reflexologist I too have regular sessions with professional colleagues. I know how wonderful it feels and I know how much good it can do me. Nowadays I care for my feet more and exercise my toes more, as I hope that both will look after my balance and well being far into the future.
