This is Jack 💜
He knows how to play hard and 'relax harder'

We were at the beach on Sunday. There are lots of lovely rocks on the beach. Do you know that if you stand on the rocks and shift your weight around your feet, then you receive a version of Reflexology! The rocks stimulate the same points! Incredibly good for you in-between treatments.

Jack says that everyone should have massages and reflexology in their life- like seriously, dogs just love getting massages and having paw-reflexology: have you tried this with a pupper? If you love and can be around dogs, give it a go. They have points, just like us- slide to the 2nd picture. You can really add to the quality of rest and relaxation for them (not that dogs don't already do R&R on point) 🤣

Good exercise doesn’t have to involve long sessions at the gym. All you need to do is take a walk every day. Just half an hour daily will do!
