Southern Age Well Network and CCG are delighted to be able to offer you an opportunity to come along to one of the 4 information sessions we are holding in Ballybot House on the My Care health app, the new patient portal which allows you to view your medical records, appointments and test results. We will have a team of dedicated trainers from Southern Health & Social Care Trust at each session to give an overview of how the app works and offer assistance with downloading and navigating the app.

We had a fantastic time today at the Keep Safe Keep Well event, organised by ABC Seniors Network and Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon PCSP. Huge thanks for inviting us! The event was packed with useful information to help older people stay safe and well at home, covering topics from scams and fire safety to access and resources, alongside plenty of fun activities. Our Care Manager, Jennifer, and Care Coordinator, Kathy, were delighted to meet so many attendees and share details about our care services.
