โญ Please take a wee minute to read/share if you can, thank you โญ

This year I am taking part in ๐Ÿ’šWalk for Autism๐Ÿ’š
I will be walking 8,000+ steps a day for 8 days or more.

This is a cause very close to my heart so it's important for me to raise money as I myself am a Mum of 2 autistic children. I have the most amazing, inspiring, handsome, strong & super special twin sons aged 5 called Luke & Leo Beattie ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆโ€๐Ÿ‘ฆ๐Ÿ’™
They were both diagnosed with non verbal autism about 2 years ago and finding out just made me love them even more...if that's even possible...My sons truly mean the whole world to me. Autism is proof that love doesn't need words!โค

One of the reasons I'm doing 'Walk for Autism' is that I'm hoping it will get more people talking about it which can help raise awareness and give people more of an understanding towards it. Autism does not define a person and some people have absolutely no knowledge about it so I would like to help those that don't understand by drawing it to their attention & kindly making them more aware ๐Ÿ™‚. People do not suffer from Autism but they can suffer from the way they are treated (by some, not all). I would like to try & change that. Autism is not a disability....it's a different ability & it is OK to be different! Why fit in when you were born to stand out? ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’™

SO I am asking my friends & family to please help me raise money and awareness. Even the smallest donation will be greatly appreciated or if you can't donate you can help by sharing this post for me.
My kids will be participating to & will be joining me on some of my walks whenever they are able.
My family & I thank everyone that donates or shares in advance. We appreciate it very much๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’™

Iโ€™m taking part in Walk for Autism. Iโ€™ll be walking 10,000 steps a day for 8 days. Please sponsor me if you can!

I see you taking your kid to therapy while your friends take their kids to football or ballet.

I see you sneak out of the conversation when all your friends boast about achievements and exam notes.

I see you juggle events and meetings.

I see you sitting on the computer for hours investigating what your child needs.

I see you make a bad face when people complain about what looks like nonsense.

I see you disappear little by little but you keep going beyond for your family.

I see you pull strength from weakness with a force you didn't even dream you had.

I see you showing respect for teachers, therapists and medical professionals who help your child and help you.

Watching you wake up early in the morning to do it all again after another chaotic night.

I see you when you're on the edge of the precipice struggling to live.

I know you feel invisible, like no one notices.
But I want you to know that I see you.

I see you push forward always. I see you choose to do everything you can to give your child the best care at home, school, therapy and the doctors.
What you do matters. It's worth the struggle.

On those days when you wonder if you can make it one more minute, I want you to know I see you.

I want you to know that you are beautiful.
I want you to know it's worth it. I want you to know that you are not alone. I want you to know that love is the most important thing, and that you are the best at it.

And in those days when you see an improvement, those moments when hard work has its reward, and you can taste success, I'll see you then too.
And I'm proud of you.

Whatever day today.....you're doing it right.

And I see you. โค
