ReNew is thrilled to wish member Laverne all the best for the forthcoming Euro Masters.

Laverne has been selected to represent the Alliance International Masters squad at the World Masters European Championships 2025 which starts this week in Nottingham – the only female hockey player from Northern Ireland to do so! 🏑

After taking up hockey again in her 40s, she’s now competing at international level in the Over 55s category – an inspiring story of passion, resilience, and determination.

Best of luck Laverne – we’ll be cheering you on from the sidelines 👏

It was a privilege to play a small part in Adam's Miles for Leukaemia in lending a helping hand (literally 😂) in keeping the crew going along their journey for an amazing cause.

As I sit here and reflect (something I do quite often now) on how this year has went the one word that keeps coming up is gratitude.

This year I am so very grateful for

The opportunities given to me, the support from my family and friends, every single person who has came through my door, the local sporting teams supporting me and people trusting me with their health and fitness goals and recovery.

It still baffles me that I’ve kept the doors open and the lights on 🙈 but the only reason I can do that is because of all of you, so please don’t for one second think I take any of this for granted.

Thank you all for your support, for coming through the doors, for passing on my name and number, for the recommendations on socials, for the likes and shares, for buying merch (still blown away when I see it on someone btw🙈) for buying vouchers, for checking in with me, for the clients that feed me 🤣

Honestly from the bottom of my heart thank you. It means more than you all know.

I hope everyone has the best Christmas that your circumstances allow and I will see you all in the (Re) New year 🙊 (flip im actually hilarious)

No rest for the wicked 🤣
Over the weekend Sinead won Junior Female of the year 🏆Up against 8 others in a very strong talented category.
Sinead brought home 3 International Archery medals in the one year which was last year 🔥
Individual Silver medal🥈
Team silver medal🥈
Mixed Team bronze medal🥉
Sinead shows up each week to her sessions and works very hard and that doesn’t include the 100s of arrows shot each week in her own time 🏹
A very driven, hardworking athlete who deserves every bit of success! 👏🏻

So these past few months I have been working on something really exciting ……Rebranding!!!!
Introducing ReNew.
I have worked hard over the years providing a service that can help as many people as possible and then earlier this year being given a fantastic opportunity to have an amazing facility to accommodate clients.
Realistically ReNew has been 10 years in the making and really has come to frutition within the last few months. With the new premises I decided that this was the perfect time to launch ReNew.
I am so proud to launch ReNew and excited to share this new branding and phase with you all!!
A big moment for me, and you will see loads more to come. A massive thanks to who I completely tortured the life out of for months and turned my vision into something amazing 😍
And as always, I am sending a massive thank you to all my clients, family, friends and other businesses who support me. There is not a day that goes by where I am not truly grateful!
