Can’t make it to the gym today? No problem!🏡💪🏼

You don’t need a full gym setup to stay consistent with your training. A short workout at home using bodyweight, light weights, or even household items like water bottles can still keep you moving and building strength.

Consistency with your routine is what leads to results, not perfect workouts.

RANT ALERT! ‼️ No it’s not f& easy !😂

So today I’m going to address the fact that (most of us 🙈) as Personal Trainers stay in shape and make healthy choices because we embrace every day/week/month/year at doing so!

No it’s not f #%kin easy for us because it’s our jobs , or because we have all the time in the world ! If only !!

We didn’t just decide to do 4/6/8/12 week transformation and VOILA never have to exercise again, eat all the crap of the day and never gain body fat or be unfit ever again 😂

I’ve been living this lifestyle from as long as I can remember because I love it and know exactly the benefits of it for both my body and my mind.

Added BONUS - my parents provided me with the education and opportunities growing up on how to eat & cook well and move more at home . We didn’t sit in front of TVs, I Pads etc , we played outside, had fun , moved !

As a parent it’s your responsibility to provide this for your kids ! Absolutely no excuses! At the end of the day they are kids , they need your guidance and good guidance that will help them adapt and continue to live a healthy lifestyle

Now don’t get me wrong, there are times when I have slacked off , made poor food choices for a stint and my knickers start to leave an imprint on my butt!! 🤦‍♂️

but it’s at that stage that I say, ‘ Hold on here , I’m starting to rip the p a bit and I can’t actually get that zip up on my dress 👗 without limited my breathing or movement!🙈😂

Stop looking for the quick fixes , fad diets , fat burning teabags ffs🤦🏼‍♀️

Suck it up , take responsibility, take action and stop blaming everything and everyone around you.

If I don’t make it to the gym to do my workout , or go for the walk I swore I would do - I didn’t manage my time well enough ! That’s on ME 👎

If I choose the 💩food over the good food - guess what?? - my f #%kin fault again for being unprepared, lazy & making poor f%}kin choices

So don’t assume as trainers this s% comes easy - we are human too, not robots who methodically prepare food and exercise sessions daily , we get tempted too

We have actual lives outside the gym.

So in short - no it’s not a breeze for us - we just refuse to make excuses and blame other people 💪
