Classical mat Pilates is a structured movement system developed by Joseph Pilates - creator of the Pilates method that focuses on breath, control, alignment, concentration, precision, centering, and flow. While the traditional sequence can appear advanced when demonstrated in full, the foundations are highly adaptable and accessible for beginners when taught progressively.

A 5 week classical mat Pilates fundamentals course introduces the essential principles and foundational exercises in a way that develops body awareness, core strength, mobility, posture, and coordination safely and systematically.

This type of course is ideal for:

* Clients wanting to improve posture and mobility
* Individuals seeking low-impact strength training

It's so hard for women to balance work and family commitments while creating the space to look after themselves and the key factors of stress and time can rob a woman of her energy and motivation.

It's all too easy to just give up or just go through the motions - sporadic, uninspired visits to a crowded, noisy and messy gym can leave a woman feeling like it's a hopeless task.

The sad reality is many, many women are at a loss for a realistic solution.

However, there is one...

We have a solution that will only have you in our PRIVATE gym for 3-4 hours / week.

We have a solution that will give you a goal to aim for and a setting where you achieve that goal with an intimate bunch of like minded ladies.

We have designed this to feel like just hanging out with the girls, everyone in it together with one vision - getting over that finish line.

If you manage to secure a place on our team, you will receive the following:

> Personal planned exercise programming for ALL levels of fitness & ability

> Education on nutrition, training and lifestyle to hardwire a deep understanding of WHY you need to follow our instructions - knowledge is power!

> Simple to follow nutritional planning and programming including quick and delicious recipes and practical advice on food shopping.

So what have we put in place.

Small group Personal Training consisting of 3, 1 hour long strength & toning sessions / week + x1 45 minute Cardio Burn 🔥 session at the private Body Box Studio, Banbridge coached by me

When : Monday, Wednesday & Friday @ 6-7pm or 7-8pm
&
Saturday @9.45 AM

Due to the way we have structured this programme we can slash our usual price of personal training. Usually £35hr - these sessions work out less than £10/hr !!!**

This is a small PT Group and spaces have nearly already gone in each!

But look, I know this isn't for everyone so if you don't think you're ready then that's cool - carry on as you are.
