So, what are some actions you can take today to help your mental health?

3. Rest and switch off – take regular breaks and prioritise sleep.
4. Ask for help when you need it.
5. Move your body – a little stretch or a quick walk outside can help to reduce stress.
6. Talk about how you’re feeling.
