Why you shound not touch anything during nail prep-

The nail prep in the most important stage of any manicure, once prep is started the nail plate must stay clean, dry and uncontaminated. Touching your face, clothes, hair or phone can transfer natural oils back to the nail which can cause lifting.

Primers are not magic and there is only so much i can do from behind a desk. Once the nail is contaminated the chemistry is broken and i have to do the prep again

While I handle the precision and technique, your aftercare is just as important. Regular cuticle oil, proper hydration ( making sure you drink your water) and gentle handling (not using your nails as tools) all contribute to long lasting, beautiful nails- team work 💕
