Road closure 29th May 2025🚗

We have been informed that the road to Bloxham surgery will be closed with no access on the 29th May for a period of 30min at around 10am (time not definitive) for road resurfacing. We would therefore ask if you have an appointment and are able to walk to the Surgery to do so.

Practice Closure Afternoon

Bloxham and Hook Norton surgery and our dispensary will be closed on:

Wednesday 26th February 2025 from 1pm for GP and staff training.

For on the day health needs visit NHS 111 online or call 111. In an emergency call 999.

We will be open as normal on Thursday 27th February 2025.

Oxford Health are holding some additional, catch up Covid Vaccination Clinics in Chipping Norton over the next few weeks.
If you havent yet managed to get your vaccine and are over 12 and eligible, please see below for details:

• Wednesday 15th January - Out-Patients Department, Chipping Norton Hospital, OX7 5FA
• Those eligible who are 12 years plus
o 10am - 12.30pm and 1.15-4pm

Our IT systems have slowly come back to over the weekend and we hope to be fully operational tomorrow (Monday)

We now have Friday’s backlog of work to clear plus the usual Monday demand. Please be patient with us while we do our absolute best for our patients. If your query can wait until later in the week this would very very much appreciated while we work through the backlog
