The children from Little Acorns had a fantastic time taking part in a fun-filled session with Drama Tots, bringing laughter, music, and smiles to everyone in the room. It was truly heartwarming to see residents and the children connecting, sharing such special moments together 💛

A great time to mention our gardening cafe, starting up on 20th April and supporting the community gardens, if your interested in joining us, and would like to become a participant, please ask for more information!

Today we will bring the younger and older generations together, to share knowledge and ideas around sustainability and being eco-friendly!

Green-fingered residents kicked off their first gardening workshop this week 🌱
They got hands-on planting peas and sunflowers, bringing plenty of smiles, teamwork, and enthusiasm along the way. We can’t wait to watch everything grow!

Our first Gardening Cafe "Brew and Bloom" starts next month on 20th April, this is open to the community to join on a monthly basis, please give us a call if you are interested in attending!🌼

Good morning and Happy Monday!

A colourful start for us, as it is Nutrition and Hydration week this week at Highmarket House, a week focused purely around ways in which we can increase and improve our diet and food in order to support and promote healthier living, hydration and fresh ideas that we can share.

We have a tailored schedule this week of different activities, games, including lots of "taste testers", and engagements, new snacks, hydration stations, healthier sweet treat options, all in which we will be sharing tips across the week, to be educational and fun.

We are kicking this off with "Milkshake Mondays" 🥤
If you have any questions or would like to join us, please let us know, we will be sharing what we get up too, as always!
