We have had another great day today delivering Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training in Learning Disability and Autism over in Oakham. 2 new additions to the delivery team today - Sinead and Emilie - our fantastic experts with lived experience Their input was so very much appreciated by everyone and this was evident from the evaluation forms I have just been reading through. Thanks again to LLR for choosing us to support in your initial roll out

It transpires that one of my autistic young people is now all grown up and works at the care home where my beloved Mommy lived for the last 18 months of her life.

Goodness, my creative brain is on fire this morning. Must be that extra hour in bed!

For older young people post-16… how about a ‘job club’ in my basement? I would potentially invite someone I know who specialises in this area to come and contribute too.

Activities could include CV-building, career direction chat, and introductions into industry via my business and community contacts.

Again very small group (up to 6) and door price to be considered friending upon what we do and whether I invite a fellow professional.
