This treatment has been developed from a combination of traditional acupuncture and facial reflexology methods. This treatment evolved from ancient healing techniques from shamans whilst using pressure point massage, ancient body mapping and healing herbs to lift the face and the spirit.

I am offering a 1 hour treatment, this starts with 15 minutes of facial reflexology to help calm the mind before following on to 45 minutes of foot reflexology.

1 H O U R - starting with Facial Reflexology for 15 minutes and moving onto 45 minutes of foot Reflexology 🧖🏼‍♀️ 👣

45 minutes hands on simply isn’t enough time to allow you to fully relax sometimes which is why this 60 minute treatment has been added to my treatment list

Feedback from clients who have only experienced foot reflexology, then when introduced to the facial reflexology element on my ‘Best of Both treatment’ felt that the calming effect of the facial reflexology sequence allowed them to be able to relax into their treatment and ‘switch off’ much quicker than before (before even reaching the feet)

A lot of my clients opt for best of both which is a condensed and essentially a half / half treatment on face and feet which main focus is upon targeting the main stress and relaxation reflex points. This treatment allows adequate time to target all reflex points on the feet in giving you a full foot treatment to address any imbalances 👣

I welcome you to try my 1 hour treatment for £55 which allows that little bit of extra time for yourself to unwind and destress

If you love my best of both facial and foot reflexology (45m) or Wellness Ritual treatment (75m) then you must try this upgraded Zone Face Lift (which includes facial reflexology in the sequence anyway with now the addition of 30m foot reflexology to finish) (90m) 🌟 ⭐️ 🌟

Everything that I offer as combination treatments I can also offer you as stand alone treatments as well, don’t forget.
