Our monthly Friday evening reset provides 90 minutes of deep release & relaxation for your mind, body & your nervous system.

Let’s take it outside… ☀️

Our next Gong Bath on Friday 12th July will be in the studio garden 🤗

Be bathed in@the sound waves of the Gongs, Chimes, Hand Pan, Singing Bowls, Rain Maker & many more instruments whilst be bathing in the evening sunshine 💛

Join us from 6.30pm for an hour of deep meditative relaxation

Of course if the English weather doesn’t play ball we’ll go ahead inside the studio ###

🍂Autumn Equinox is on Saturday, a perfect moment to pause the continuous cycle through the seasons.

Our opportunity to be still & reflect as we begin to change from the busy summer towards the slower more introspective last quarter of the year 💫
