My Story

For me it all started when someone said 'That's not a good look' when I bent down and my stomach fell over my trousers! I knew something had to change and that was the wake up call I needed.

I started Cambridge Weight Plan and with the support of my Consultant was able to achieve my goal. I had booked a holiday to Jamaica for my partners 40th birthday and walking on the beach in my bikini felt amazing and I had certainly got my confidence back. The comments I had from friends and family felt incredible and I felt like a new person. I lost 2 stone in 2 months* and I have never been happier, buying new clothes in smaller sizes.
