A little life update from behind the massage couch… 🌿

R3balance is taking a tiny pause this week because I’ve gone off to do something very special: as a fully grown adult, I’ve officially started the process of being adopted by my stepdad. 💚

Turns out you’re never too old to be chosen, loved, and made official… and honestly, it’s got me a bit emotional (with a side of “well this is healing my inner child unexpectedly” 😂).

So this week I’m swapping massage oils for paperwork and family moments. I’ll be back soon, rested, grateful, slightly overfed.
