Did you know that essential oils can have a profound effect on mood without side effects?

For low mood I recommend citrus oils such as LIME or ORANGE or LEMON or BERGAMOT or GRAPEFRUIT or MANDARIN or BLOOD ORANGE or CLEMENTINE. Other oils to lift the mood include LEMONGRASS and PALMAROSA and MELISSA and many more besides .
Add 6 drops in total of any of the above oils to your bath or put a couple of drops on a tissue and inhale throughout the day.

The name ‘Oregano’ means “brightness of the mountain “or “joy of the mountains“ and this is exactly the way I feel whenever I use this oil. Oregano has been used for thousands of years to treat many ailments as well as for general health benefits.

Oregano is one of the BEST preventative essential oils available and is a must have for boosting immunity. Use a few drops in an oil burner, add a couple of drops to a cotton wool pad/handkerchief and inhale throughout the day or add a few drops to your bath to prevent infection and boost your immunity.
