Are you a family member of a person living with Dementia?
Green Pastures Christian Nursing Home host a coffee meeting on the second Monday of each month. We will be joined by Siobhan from Age UK/Dementia Oxfordshire who will be available to provide advice for those in need, and a warm welcome is given to all who would like to come for a friendly chat with others facing the challenges of providing care for a loved one. Tea/coffee/cake, friendly chatter, and a short entertainment session are all provided complimentary. Such a busy week at Green Pastures… Local actor John Kinory visited to share his tales on life as an “extra” on Film Sets, Choir was in full swing and residents enjoyed a visit to the Dinosaur exhibition at Banbury Museum. Our arts and crafts session was enjoyed and lots of little pipe cleaner flower pots were made. Our gardening club focussed on Autumn leaves and we look forward to our trips to the Maple Trees in Banbury next week 🙂
