Although I’m currently taking this week off for a well-earned break, it doesn’t mean that looking after yourself should take a pause too!
Self-care is something you can continue at home in simple, gentle ways that really support both your body and mind.
Here are a few easy tips to help you feel your best while I’m away:
💧 Stay hydrated
Drinking enough water is one of the simplest yet most effective ways to support your skin, muscles, and overall wellbeing. Aim to sip regularly throughout the day rather than all at once.
🧖♀️ Create a calming routine at home
Even just 10–15 minutes of quiet time, whether that’s a warm bath, stretching, or simply switching off your phone, can help reset your nervous system.
🌿 Gentle self-massage
Use light massage on your neck, shoulders, or legs with a nourishing oil or moisturiser to ease tension and encourage circulation.
😴 Prioritise rest
Your body does its best healing when you’re well rested, so try to allow yourself proper downtime where possible.
I’ll be back on 13th May and looking forward to taking care of you properly again, but in the meantime, be kind to yourselves and keep looking after your wellbeing.💗
