A quick look at a knee assessment

In around 30 seconds, Dan demonstrates some of the key checks we use when assessing knee pain.

A proper assessment helps us understand how the knee is moving, what structures may be involved, and where the real source of the problem might be. From there, we can create a treatment and rehabilitation plan that is specific to you.

If you are experiencing knee pain, instability or discomfort during training or everyday movement, an assessment is the first step towards resolving it.

Physiotherapy is about more than treating pain.

It is about listening carefully, understanding how your body moves, and helping you feel confident in it again.

Whether you are recovering from injury, managing ongoing discomfort, or simply wanting to move more freely, physiotherapy gives you the tools, guidance and reassurance to take control of your recovery.

Progress does not have to be rushed. It just needs to be supported properly.

If something has been holding you back, this could be the right time to address it.

At ClinicAll, we use VALD ForceDecks to gain a deeper understanding of how your body produces force and moves.

ForceDecks measure how much force you apply to the ground during movements such as jumps, squats and balance tasks. This data helps us assess strength, power, balance and limb symmetry with a high level of accuracy.

From a physiotherapy perspective, this allows us to identify imbalances that are not always visible to the eye, track progress objectively, and tailor rehabilitation or performance programmes to your individual needs.

Whether you are recovering from injury, managing ongoing pain, or aiming to improve performance, ForceDecks provide clear data to guide smarter decisions and safer progression.

Swipe to learn more about how ForceDecks support rehabilitation, injury prevention and performance.

We’ll be posting a video about the ForceDecks soon so drop us a follow to keep updated.

Ever wondered what makes Reformer Pilates different from “normal” Pilates?

Here’s the breakdown 👇

What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates uses a specialist machine with springs, straps and a moving carriage to guide and challenge your movements. It allows exercises to be supported, resisted or progressed in a very controlled way.

Key benefits of Reformer Pilates:
• Builds strength without high impact
• Improves core stability and posture
• Enhances mobility and joint control
• Supports rehabilitation and injury prevention
• Allows exercises to be tailored precisely to you

How is it different from mat Pilates?
Mat Pilates relies mainly on bodyweight and gravity, while Reformer Pilates uses adjustable resistance from springs. This means movements can be made easier or more challenging, depending on your needs. It also provides more feedback and support, which is great for beginners, rehab, or those managing pain.

Why we love it at ClinicAll:
Reformer Pilates bridges the gap between rehabilitation and strength training. It is controlled, effective, and adaptable for all levels, from recovery to performance.

At ClinicAll, we offer medically supervised peptide therapy as part of a structured recovery and performance approach.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that support the body’s natural repair processes. They are commonly used to help:

• Support tendon, ligament and soft tissue healing
• Reduce inflammation at injury sites
• Improve recovery after heavy training or overuse
• Enhance collagen production and tissue resilience
• Support immune function and overall recovery capacity

Peptides such as BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295 with Ipamorelin, AOD-9604 and Thymosin Alpha-1 are always prescribed following a full clinical assessment and integrated with physiotherapy and load management.

If you are recovering from injury, managing ongoing soft tissue strain, or preparing for a demanding training block, our team can advise whether peptide therapy may be appropriate for you.

Message us or book a consultation to learn more.
