We were delighted to join Oxfordshire Youth amongst other local businesses for the launch day of the Business Guardians programme - a focused, strategic partnership between businesses and Oxfordshire Youth.

The campaign reflects a move beyond funding youth services to reshaping the systems that currently fail young people. Business Guardians is designed to help dismantle what's holding young people back – and to create solutions for real, lasting change.

It targets three deep-rooted challenges facing young people today:-
• Poverty and inequality of opportunity
• Lack of opportunities and support young people need to thrive
• Education, employment and skills /training

We have joined the Business Guardians because we believe business must be part of the solution.

This isn’t charity. It is justice. It is responsibility. It is leadership.

Elvija joined the Cleenol team earlier this month and has hit the ground running by visiting Young's pub sites to ensure everything is running smoothly with their cleaning solutions.

As part of our hands-on service, Elvija is carrying out detailed site surveys, checking in with teams, and reminding them of the ongoing support, expert advice, and in-depth training we offer. Her role is all about making sure our customers feel confident, supported, and fully equipped to maintain the highest hygiene standards.

This week, we had the pleasure of welcoming members of the Banbury & District Chamber of Commerce to Cleenol.

Guests were given a behind-the-scenes look at our operations, from how our products are made to the people who make it all happen. It was a great opportunity to share our journey, what goes on inside our factory, and the values that drive us - including our Community Interest Company (CIC), which we hope inspires other local businesses to get involved and make a difference.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us, it was a fantastic morning, and we thoroughly enjoyed showing you around!

We’ve recently invested in two brand new 10,000-litre blending tanks, now installed in our production facility. This significant upgrade boosts our blending capacity, allowing us to produce larger volumes of your favourite formulations - whether it's IBC's, 5L, 750ml, or as little as 50ml formats.

By expanding our machinery and improving operational efficiency, we’re better equipped to meet growing demand, increase productivity, and deliver high-volume orders faster and more reliably.

Even the heat couldn’t stop us from enjoying a fantastic evening on Friday at our Indian social night! We had a great time connecting outside of work over delicious food at Voujon Indian Restaurant. It’s always inspiring to be surrounded by like-minded family businesses, sharing stories, challenges, and experiences. The range of businesses represented never ceases to amaze us, and we feel incredibly proud to be part of such a vibrant community.

We’re excited to announce a significant new partnership with Mauritius-based company, Cernol. This collaboration has been in the works since Interclean 2024 and was finalised last week with our Managing Director, Sam, signing the contract at their launch event.

Having first connected seven years ago, we’re excited to now work together as Cernol begins local production of Cleenol’s range, a major step in growing our global footprint. Cernol chose to partner with Cleenol because we work closely with them to support their needs and our values align.

This partnership is a key step forward as we continue our journey toward becoming the global supplier of choice.
