So we come to the end of an era…... As many of you know I have relocated to the Cotswolds, so the next chapter in our lives has begun.

For the last 8 years I have been teaching in & around Wooburn Green, continuing my yoga journey with many of you. As of April my regular in person classes in Wooburn & Marlow will no longer continue, but I will still teach online on a Wednesday evening & Saturday morning.
In the future I will be holding mini retreats in the Bucks/ Berks area & I will publish these on our WhatsApp group & via social media, so watch this space. Thank you all for allowing me the privilege of sharing the beauty of yoga with you.

For me yoga is about the journey and not the destination, it is whatever you want it to be, not what anyone tells you it should be. Whether you want to release stress, relax your mind, exercise your entire body or just move on the mat. There is no perfect pose, no Instagram picture perfect goal. If....

Yoga is about the journey and not the destination and it is most definitely not a competition. It is very personal and is whatever you want it to be, not what anyone tells you it should be; there is no perfect “yoga pose” and yoga is so much more than just asana (poses). Join us to give it a try…🧘‍♂️

Thank you to everyone that came along on Thursday evening to my mini retreat. It was wonderful to have you all there and to hold space for you.
We also raised £30 for Katharine House Hospice. Thank you all for your generosity. I wish you all a peaceful and happy Christmas & New Year and look forward to seeing you in 2026.
