Returning from a lifetime adventure visiting these wonderful animals- I believe we can learn a lot from observing them 😍
Our Homeopathic first aid kit was fabulous. Here’s some of the best:
*Arsenicum album- eating Chinese fondue at midnight in Kuala Lumpur, before hitting the rainforest, this helped to keep tummy’s good.
*Apis Mel- although not a malarial area there were many bites for some of us who are very tasty! Next time I would take 14g of this, rather than 7g.
*Belladonna- when bites got very swollen & red, we added this in with Apis.
*Hepar sulph- so useful with Belladonna when a subclinical infection. Worked fabulously in the heat of the jungle to settle things, eg ear, skin.
*Arnica mon- a useful remedy for jet lag but also for skin trauma, that you want to settle quickly, especially in the heat, to avoid infection.
*RRA- a combination remedy for sore/ stiff joints, useful after long flights & when out of your usual routine.
For the above I would recommend 30c tablets, ordering 7g (unless stated) from:
https://freemans.scot/shoponline/ordering/order_frameset.html.
😀Remember that homeopathy does not interact with pharmaceutical medications.
I love when patients pass on knowledge about remedies from their experience in clinic! 😀 This is why when families get used to using homeopathy it stays in families, generation to generation, please keep doing this! Here’s a helpful new link that may help this, please do like & share! 😀

And finally for those who I have not yet replied to, thank you for your patience, I will get back to you very soon! 😀
So happy that our trip contributed to coral conservation, Kinabatangan river clean up & preservation of the habitat of these wonderful animals. 🦧
