New block of Teen Wellbeing starts on Tuesday 14th April 💛
Our programme welcomes young people from P7–S6, providing a calm, supportive space where teens can relax, and develop tools to help navigate stress, gain focus and self-confidence through a variety of mindfulness and wellbeing practices.
We’re delighted to be offering our Wellbeing Programme in the upcoming block to include girls currently in P7, helping support their transition into S1.
This 5 week programme will include yoga, pilates, meditation and sound bath healing from our lovely group of experienced practitioners
