Pregnancy Yoga Classes &
Pregnancy Yoga Brunches/Cake meet ups.

Ride Coffee House

The structure of classes will gradually become more of an easy routine to follow, but due to prior commitments, the first couple months of classes are a little higgledy.

Classes released:

Sunday 3rd August - Pregnancy Yoga & Coffee/Cake class 3pm - 4.45pm, as I'm teaching my usual brunch that morning.

Wednesday 20th August - the first Pregnancy Yoga evening class 6-7pm.

Sunday 21st September - Pregnancy Yoga & Brunch 9.30-11.30am.

These classes are open to everyone! It is a lovely opportunity to connect with other likeminded people, spend a morning with a friend or just do something for yourself.

Just a picture of my favourite view near my house to say:

🌟 Yoga has one space left this week, Thursday 7.15-8.15pm.

🌻 Next week I’m away on my holibobs, so no class.

💫 Classes are moving to a Wednesday, same time, same place at our little studio space at Ride Coffee House from the 30th July.

🤰🏼 We had our first pregnancy Yoga & Brunch on Sunday, more of these and other classes to come soon…

🙏🏼 I’ll be running the occasional mini class (max 6 people) after some requests. This is to work through our Yoga practice and breath in a more focused way, the first is Wednesday 27th August focusing on Sun Salutations and Ashtanga standing/seated series this will run instead of my Slow Flow evening class but longer 7pm - 8.30pm. All welcome.
