Banchory Health & Therapies Practice is delighted to work in conjunction with Aberdeen Football Club to help them prepare for the season.

Foot health is so important and this is why we have been busy carrying out lower limb and foot assessments for all of the players.

We look forward to supporting them throughout the season.

Troubled by verrucas? We are now offering verruca needling at our Banchory clinic.

Verrucas can be a problem and difficult to treat and get rid of. Often chemist bought preparation's fail to clear them.

The treatment is aimed to alert the immune system to target the lesion.

It involves a local anaesthetic to numb the foot followed by the needling of the verruca/s. This is believed to stimulate an immune response so the body's healing process can destroy the verruca.

We are excited to share with you that John Nicklin of JGN Massage Therapy and Personal Training is available at both our Westhill and Banchory clinics from next week. John offers a wide range of treatments from relaxing massage to sports massage. He will be available in Westhill on a Tuesday and Banchory on a Thursday.
