✨Our team would like to thank the beautiful souls who braved Storm Amy to be at our retreat yesterday! 🙏

It was a really relaxing and nurturing day. ✨☕️🍜🍀
We learned more about self-compassion and how important it is to take time off for ourselves; that taking time off from the bustle of life and from our responsibilities replenishes our soul and our energy…and that making time for ourselves is not a luxury, but a necessity. We also learned that we can’t pour from an empty cup and that saying “no” is an act of self-love. 💗

Please look after yourself, drink lots of water and we will look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Hello everyone, I have to cancel Sound Bath in Inverurie tomorrow....sorry about that. There are not many bookings this time. I probably advertised just much too late.
I'm also not feeling very well, then perhaps the Universe just giving me time off to get better :)
