Frozen and Cracked Open

Our dog died. Beginning of the month, land flooding with rain and wind, Imbolc, Full Moon... Semi-unexpectedly. Jess - Jessie. She used to race through the forest, dancing with shadows, racing moonbeams... She loved moonlit walks at 3am on sleepless toddler nights, digging up molehills on the river bank or in the garden and chasing mice any chance she got......

More than a Job…

The last couple of months I've been working with a couple of coaches. Or attending Sales Courses. And just basically working on myself, to heal and resolve a few aspects of me, my own fears and limiting beliefs. Learning to value myself - and the work - I offer into the world. There is so much MORE I want to do, create, share - offer up and into this world - and particularly with that Vision I hold of the future, and this time Now......

I've been sitting with Grief - in amongst moments of joy for so long now... It's become a familiar weight of normal to me - a blanket of comfort and numbness A message this weekend gifted me the "melt" I so needed - and tears have been dripping since. there is such a gift in passing through our different emotions - and allowing them to pass through us. Everything seems to have the perfect timing for what is needed, when I can just surrender into that moment... So many things have gone "wrong" - and within that going wrong, there is such beautiful clarity emerging...
