I've been sitting with Grief - in amongst moments of joy for so long now... It's become a familiar weight of normal to me - a blanket of comfort and numbness A message this weekend gifted me the "melt" I so needed - and tears have been dripping since. there is such a gift in passing through our different emotions - and allowing them to pass through us. Everything seems to have the perfect timing for what is needed, when I can just surrender into that moment... So many things have gone "wrong" - and within that going wrong, there is such beautiful clarity emerging...

Someone was clearly asking for a session yesterday... 😍🐕
Clean cover needed for my human - clients and finished the day off with treating both furry beasts....
