And that's all folks! Semi-retirement has begun! I was never very good at social media anyway, tbh, but will closing this page shortly!
Thank you to all my fabulous Pilates clients for the kindness and love during my last classes...I will miss you all!
The Deeside Dance Centre will be keeping me busy no doubt and well as who is now a year old!!
Live Love Pilates....now I need to get myself to class!

With a huge degree of sadness and after almost 20 years of teaching Pilates, (and much soul searching), I have decided to begin to wind down to 'retirement' and will finish teaching Pilates in Banchory after this summer (August 2025) and in Aboyne at Christmas 2025.

I will continue my role as Principal and Co-Director of Deeside Dance Centre .....so not a complete retirement at all!!

LDM Physiotherapy Laura Middleton will be offering additional Pilates classes in the Dance Centre from August 2025 and I will be searching for a suitable successor for my busy classes at Aboyne Community Shed to start January 2025.

Thank you to all my lovely Pilates clients, present and past....it's been a delight teaching you!
