Meditation is REALLY simple. All you have to do is breathe and feel. That's it. Anything else like thoughts, judgements, worry, beliefs, attachments (to the way it ought to be) are all part of your unconsciousness (your ego or inner resistance).
As you can see, meditation is simple, but not easy, as YOU get in YOUR way. This then also asks a more profound spiritual question, who is the YOU and YOUR in this situation?
