Hyrox Dublin a few weekends back 🇮🇪🔥

First doubles in a while and I absolutely loved it.

Huge thank you to Nicola_zonestudiofitness 🩵 for asking me to step in — and for bringing me in with some of the Zone gang! We teamed up, pushed hard, and came away with an amazing time for our first doubles together, finishing 5th in our age category.

I’ve been incredibly lucky to meet some amazing people through all of this — honestly so grateful 🤍✨

Circuits is back — and with some temporary equipment. Space might be a bit tight for the next few weeks, but don’t worry — we’ll still be burning those biceps, working up a sweat, and maybe even using the washing machine and tumble dryer for “support” 🤦🏽‍♀️💪

2 years since I’ve started this journey. I’ve never fully committed to something personal before — the time, the effort, the consistency. And honestly, it’s scary. Putting everything into something and not knowing if it’ll pay off. But this time… it’s different. This time, it’s for me.

Hitting sub 70 might not mean much to everyone, but to me it means everything. It’s proof that the work is worth it. I’m honestly so proud of how far I’ve come. 💪🔥

No matter where you are in your journey, remember — it’s a long road. It’s good to look up to people and take inspiration, but don’t ever compare yourself to them. Your path is yours for a reason. You’re special. You’re unique. 🌟

I’m here for my clients and anyone chasing their goals — to show that it is possible if you want it bad enough. Keep showing up. Keep believing. You’ve got this ❤️
