We have 2 newly renovated rooms now available to rent in central Banff, separately or together.

Forbes House is close to parking and we offer a very reasonable rent with negotiable leases and introductory rates to help you get going.

We've been busy at Forbes House Business Centre, (located by the pelicon crossing on High St, Banff beside West Carpets) - refurbishing inside and out, with all new signage!

I'll be there this weekend (14,15,16th June) so call or text 07866 062019 if you'd like to view.

We have 4 rooms - Magda at MS Beauty & Skincare in Room 1, and Laura at Blush doing nails in Room 2 - with Rooms 3 and 4 currently available to let at very reasonable rates.

We also do a 'grace period' reduction on the first 3 months to get you up and running with your initial 12-month lease.

Room 3 is a large and bright space, overlooking the High St and looking down the Strait Path.
Room 4 to the rear is a similarly large and bright space.
These two rooms have the option of a connecting door should you require both, with a corresponding rental discount.

All building signage is included, and there is plenty of room inside and out if you wish to use a pavement sign.
There is a communal sink area with door to the toilet which, along with the stairs and landings are maintained in tip-top condition by a cleaner.
Rooms may be decorated to your own taste, and a large, grey wheelie bin is also supplied, kept out of sight in a cupboard.
The stairs are spacious with wide, shallow steps and handrails for ease of access. Leaseholders may come and go, keeping their own hours as they please.

Although Forbes House is located in the busiest part of Banff's busy High St - with anything up to 1000 vehicles passing every hour (I counted them!) - there is ample parking nearby, both free and paid.
