Goddess pose powerful, and strong. 
Things we think about with this pose when designing a flow. Its perfectly balanced in opening and releasing verses strength and grounding. But don't let that fool you, its definitely not easy, here's why we love it:

✨️Heat building, activation of the glutes, legs and core is instant.  (The shake can gets real). 

✨️The release, perfectly releases tension from the hips after a busy working day. 

✨️ Focus, this pose takes more balance than you think and allows you to focus on you.

Wheel pose: some love it, some hate it. But it all starts with being kind to your body and allowing support.

Blocks are for advancing your practice at all levels.

1:30pm – 3:30pm | Heart-Opening Backbends with Oriana 🌿
Create the space and focusing on safe alignment and deep release. Leave feeling flexible, open, and totally refreshed from the inside out.

Sometimes the best yoga practice is the one when we stop thinking and just allow movement. ✨️ Its not about the shape of the pose it's about how it feels for the body and mind, allowing shapes to be creative, messy and free of thoughts. Moving is one amazing gift.

Even though we've ventured into the land of retreats, there is still room for one weekly class.

I am so excited to announce that we’re back with a new weekly class starting Monday 23rd of February. Come and join me for a energising Vinyasa Flow.

When: Mondays, 6:15 PM – 7:15 PM

Where: Garth Community Hall, Bangor

Price: £9 per session

Teacher: Imogen

Fallen Triangle is a pose I love to throw in to my practice but moving out of it can be creative and fun.

Here are 5 ways to keep the energy moving instead of resetting in downwards facing dog:

Who’s been hunched over a desk all week? 🙋‍♀️
