Who’s been hunched over a desk all week? 🙋♀️
We are making sure we get some backbends into our practice this morning. The move our bodies desperately need after a week at the desk.
The plan for this morning's practice:

✨️ Chest opening
✨️ Reserving the slouch
✨️ Reset
This reset was so worth it.
