Not everyone works 9–5.
Tonight we're on-site at Finnebrogue, sharing information about our wellbeing sessions with staff working through the night.
Night shift can bring its own unique challenges — disrupted sleep, fatigue, isolation, and the need to keep going when most of the world is resting.
That’s why it’s so important that support is accessible to everyone, not just those working typical hours.
At Insula Wellbeing, we’re passionate about meeting people where they are — whether that’s day shift, night shift, or somewhere in between.
Because wellbeing support shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all.
