🧠 Interesting fact: Mental fatigue can be just as draining as physical exertion. In fact, decision fatigue — making too many choices in a day — can significantly reduce your energy levels! I am pretty sure a lot of you identify with having numerous decisions to make of a day!

1. Move your body – Even a 10-minute walk can recharge your brain and improve focus.
2. Hydrate often – Dehydration is a hidden energy thief. Aim for 6–8 glasses of water daily.

What happened to Sarah is devastating beyond words.

No child should lose their mother in such a way. No woman should live in fear, and no family should have to endure this pain.

A vigil will be held tomorrow night — Wednesday 2nd July at 6:30pm, starting at the Donaghadee Resource Centre and walking to Sarah’s home.

Organised by local residents and , with the blessing of Sarah’s family, this vigil is a mark of love, solidarity, and resistance to domestic violence.

If you can, please attend and wear purple — the colour symbolising strength and the fight to end domestic abuse 💜

A GoFundMe has also been set up by friends to help cover funeral costs and to support Sarah’s precious daughters in the time ahead. Every kind word, thought, and act of support means everything.

Our hearts and prayers go to Sarah's daughters, her brothers, and her grandparents.

Sarah, and your baby boy — you deserved safety, love, and peace. May you rest in it now. 💔
