Patient Access Registration

We are continuing to email everyone who was previously registered for online ordering.
As we have over 5,500 individual registrations to generate this will take some time.
Please check your spam folder as we have had a few reports that the email was found there.

Tomorrow is the first of our drop in sessions between 2-4pm where a member of the team will be available to generate registrations.

** Please Note**

This is NOT the only means of registering, but an additional method that is open for anyone to come to if available. Everyone will be contacted in due course via email.

To help get our patients registered for the new Patient Access online service, we invite anyone who still hasn't received their online logins yet to come to one of our registration afternoons at the practice on the following dates:

28th October between 2-4pm
4th November between 2-4pm
11th November between 2-4pm

On these days a member of the team will be available to print your registration token.

Children in P1 to Year 12 will be offered the flu vaccine in school.

Most children receive the vaccine via a nasal spray. It is a quick and painless procedure, often described as a tickle in the nose, and is preferred for children over the injected flu vaccine due to its effectiveness and fewer side effects.

📌We are urging parents/guardians not to forget to sign and send back the consent form.

Staff Training

The practice will be closed for essential staff training on 17th September 2025 from 1pm to 6pm.

The GP Out of Hours Service will provide emergency care during this time.

Patient Access Registrations

We are working towards contacting everyone who had previously used the Patient Services online system to get them registered for the new system.

We will contact patients via email with a linkage key and account ID.

Please note that this new service requires 2-step authentication using an independent App called 'Microsoft Authenticator' available free of charge from all App stores.

You will likely need 2 devices to complete the registration due to QR code scanning requirement.

Help with Repeat Medication Ordering

The old 'Patient Services' online system will no longer work with the transition to the new system.

We are working on contacting everyone who is registered for online ordering, to get them set up for the new Patient Access system.

We currently have over 5,500 patients registered for online services, we need to generate a new registration code unique to each patient and email that directly to the individual. This will take some time and a huge effort from our admin team, so please bear with us as we work through this process.

In the interim, the easiest way to reorder repeat medication is via our repeat prescription phone line:
