I get a lot of requests for on the day/last minute appointments. I'm not going to say it's unfortunate as I'm absolutely delighted to have a diary full of the best clients. πŸ‘
I used to overbook myself to fit folk in so as not to disappoint, but that was to the detriment of my own well being. So, I don't do that any longer. πŸ₯΄
So please, if you need in, try to book in advance. There is the odd occasion that a space becomes available, at which stage, I will contact those on the waiting list. And yes, there's no harm in asking should a ni**le appear, but please be understanding when I can't help you there and then.

My recovery week so far from London Hyrox.

Sunday...Infrared Sauna blanket courtesy of moi . This helped to loosen off my whole body and release the pain and ni**les I was feeling throughout.

Monday...gentle Upper body workout AND a glorious back and leg massage with the lovely Sarah (highly recommend 😁) This was just what my tired achy muscles needed.

Tuesday...Gentle gym workout and light cardio

Wednesday....6:30am run and a delightful Foot Logic Pedicure with (simply the best 😍) Perfect for my tired feet and legs.

What's ahead?
Some more Upper and Lower body weights workouts and and a littleore cardio.

Maintaining my fitness now is key as well as building on my strength to set me up and prime me for my October competition in Birmingham.
