⚖️ The scale didn’t move… but my body did. 💪

Since November, my weight has stayed the same.

Today’s session combined threshold running with a high-output engine circuit — exactly the kind of work that builds race-day resilience.

🏃‍♂️ PART 1: THRESHOLD RUN
8 min run @ threshold pace
2 min rest

This is the fastest pace you can hold without blowing up.
Breathing is heavy, legs are working, but you stay in control.
