Upper body strength, working to build and get stronger. 💪
Today’s session was all about pushing through the reps, focusing on quality lifts and building real strength through the shoulders, back and arms.
Strength doesn’t just happen overnight – it’s built session by session, rep by rep.
And of course, none of it works without proper nutrition and fuelling the body for the work it’s being asked to do. Good food equals good energy, better performance and better recovery.
Finished things off with some time in the infrared sauna at Release to aid recovery, relax the muscles and help the body repair after the work.
Recovery is just as important as the training itself.
Train hard. Recover well. Repeat. 💪🔥
