I use an integrated approach in my client work as I believe there is no one 'fix' for any individual. I also believe we all have the capacity to create change and personal growth within our own selves and in doing so, can find more happiness, belonging and self-fulfilment. We all move through life the best we can, with the tools we are provided with along the way. Each of our individual journeys are impacted by nature, nurture, environment and relationships. Whatever your journey is, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel at ease to work through whatever you need to, at your own pace and in a way that works best for you. There is freedom waiting for you, on the breezes of the sky and you ask "But what if I fall?" Oh but my darling, what if you fly? - Erin Hanson

The Bodhisattva sees this life and this reality for the truth of what it is, and then loves it all. This is your birthright too, a love that never dims in the truth of reality. We uncover this through spiritual practice. And we live it through the inspired action or non-action of the wise heart. ✨

Life’s rhythm never stops, sometimes the music changes and we must learn to dance in a new way, but a song is always being played. When we slow down and listen inwardly through spiritual practice, we begin to be able to hear the actual music being played without the need to try to change it or run from it. When we fully hear life’s rhythms, we are invited to dance. From this place of surrendering to change, we uncover our true freedom. And it all starts with slowing down and listening. 🧘‍♀️

There's a big difference between being selfish and self care. Sometimes we need to get better at paying attention to our own needs first. Good self awareness and self care benefits all of those around us too ❤️
