I use an integrated approach in my client work as I believe there is no one 'fix' for any individual. I also believe we all have the capacity to create change and personal growth within our own selves and in doing so, can find more happiness, belonging and self-fulfilment. We all move through life the best we can, with the tools we are provided with along the way. Each of our individual journeys are impacted by nature, nurture, environment and relationships. Whatever your journey is, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel at ease to work through whatever you need to, at your own pace and in a way that works best for you. There is freedom waiting for you, on the breezes of the sky and you ask "But what if I fall?" Oh but my darling, what if you fly? - Erin Hanson

About 'Koselig'....

I’ve learned so much from facilitating sessions and seminars for a very diverse range of people over the years. Whether it’s a group that most people would perceive to be on top of the world, like business execs or athletes, or a group who may be perceived to be just about getting back on their feet, there’s always a huge commonality: Stress.

Excess stress affects every 21st Century person, we’re not well adapted to glowing screens, bills, traffic and other trappings of modern day living that we haven’t evolved for. It’s not that those things are inherently bad but they stimulate humans into an ‘active’ mode that is meant for fighting or fleeing, but we don’t really get an outlet for it, and are left to stew in stress hormones.

When I look back at the work I’ve been facilitating, even back to the cold water and community work with my Dash & Splash sea swimming events, I recognised a pattern; 1. Re-centre in the present. 2. Reconnect with tension on your own term. 3. Release excess stress and restore harmony in the system. It mitigates the worst of the impact from 21st century living / modern stresses.

People who have a regular practice down-regulating from stress build resilience against future stresses (on a nervous system level, developing vagal tone). I’m pulling all of this together in simple language and the working title is BodyMind Reset™, and I’m excited to share more with a total update to the website on the near horizon. Are you interested in letting go of stress?

They say we can all only be one pay packet away from homelessness. It can happen to anyone. It feels like now, more than ever, we should be kinder and more thoughtful to those around us and help where we can ❤️

It is also widely known that giving and helping others is good for us...it releases all sorts of happy endorphins that are good for our health and wellbeing in so many ways. When we can help others, we feel more purposeful and mindful. We all need purpose in our lives and often it's the absence of that which can lead to some level of discontentment.

To consider others around us reminds us the world is bigger than us, it can take us out of our small, internal worlds and provide more perspective, reminds us to stay humble and that there are bigger things going on around us and often many people are struggling, possibly more than we might feel we are...

So if you like, it's not an entirely selfless act to help others! These are all good things to be doing! Consider giving it a go. It might feel good! ❤️

Forgiveness can be hard. Both with ourselves and others but once we find it, it's a whole body experience which can create real shift within us ❤️
