I use an integrated approach in my client work as I believe there is no one 'fix' for any individual. I also believe we all have the capacity to create change and personal growth within our own selves and in doing so, can find more happiness, belonging and self-fulfilment. We all move through life the best we can, with the tools we are provided with along the way. Each of our individual journeys are impacted by nature, nurture, environment and relationships. Whatever your journey is, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where you can feel at ease to work through whatever you need to, at your own pace and in a way that works best for you. There is freedom waiting for you, on the breezes of the sky and you ask "But what if I fall?" Oh but my darling, what if you fly? - Erin Hanson

I tend to agree with Hugh on this ❤️ we can spend an awful lot of time procrastinating about whether we should or shouldn't do something. The reality of that is we are allowing fear, anxiety, lack of self-confidence to hold us back. I believe the right things come along at the right time...because we are ready. We just need to believe we are ready.

Fear can show up in us in so many ways and we often don't recognise it as fear. We can mistake it for being cautious, wise, measured, careful. Whilst it is, of course, wise to exercise all these things at times, it's also good to notice and call ourselves out on what is the biggest thing that might be holding us back.....from doing something new, brave, exciting or scary. Sometimes fear arrives to challenge us...we just need to pay attention to it.

How could a grateful perspective help me respond to challenges in a new way?

There is no way around this — a wise society must be built on no other foundation but love itself. True peace does not come from anywhere except the ground of love. The good news is that love is who we really are.

What we put out comes back around. If we can find the good in things, we generate a better energy around us and it ripples out to those around us ❤️
