Our office is full of rainbows and rainbow themed things, but can you guess exactly how many?

If more there is more than one entry with the same number the winner will be drawn randomly from those people.
If no one guesses the correct number a winner will be randomly drawn.

If your person's name hangs on our tree and you'd like a matching leaf to hang on your Christmas tree this year, please get in touch. I've been busy cutting lots more leaves so we have plenty to spare.
Lou is still off at the moment but is recovering slowly, this video and a few others were filmed before she became unwell, I enjoy watching them so thought I would continue to share them in her absence.

The office has been pretty quiet this week without my lovely friend, we are never apart and Enfys feels strange without her.
As many of you will know by now, Louise has been quite poorly and although is now on the road to recovery, she'll be out of action and away from Enfys for a while.
Rest asured, our lovely team and I are still here and will be available to support anyone who needs us.
Get well soon Louey, we miss you (although I am much more productive without you here moidering me)!!

"Just send me up in a firework"
Something we hear so often. Did you know it's actually possible? You can have a loved ones ashes incorporated into fireworks, and they even do silent ones these days. Having enjoyed these ones this evening it's definitely something we would consider.

A lovely cuppa and a piece of cake this evening in memory of an extraordinary woman.
Sue loved to have a cuppa and a catch up with friends, and believed that strangers were just friends she hadn't met yet.
I'm absolutely certain, had we have had the pleasure of meeting Sue, we'd have loved her.

Roedd Sue wrth ei bodd yn cael paned a sgwrs gyda ffrindiau, ac yn credu mai dim ond ffrindiau nad oedd hi wedi cyfarfod eto oedd dieithriaid. Dwi'n hollol siŵr, os fasa ni wedi cael y pleser o gyfarfod Sue, fasa ni wedi ei charu hi.

⚠️ Trigger Warning: Baby Loss ⚠️

We are deeply grateful to Robin's Trust for their generous support, which has enabled us to purchase a Cuddle Cot.

A Cuddle Cot allows families precious, unhurried time with their baby before the funeral. In the right circumstances, it can even make it possible for parents to take their baby home for a short period of time.

This Cuddle Cot will be available for families we are supporting, and it can also be borrowed by other funeral directors to help provide this comfort to more families.

Families we are caring for will automatically be offered the use of the Cuddle Cot. To arrange its use, families or funeral directors are welcome to contact us on 01248 351631.

We hope this helps bring a little comfort to bereaved parents when it is most needed.

Please help us spread the word about our Cuddle Cot so that anyone who may benefit from it is aware that it's available.

A beautiful rainbow view from this morning after the heatwave weekend.
We promised some changes, and today was a big step. This morning, we welcomed our two lovely new team members into the office for their first induction session. We look forward to introducing them to you soon.
